I got the 314-120 mold thanks Willbird. I see the quality of this mold is much better that the $16 2 cavity molods from Lee. It looks really nice. Looks like they even cleaned up the leading edge of the spur plate. Should I do any Leementing to it , or just clean it well and cast some??

I belong to the "if it aint broke, don 't fix it" school. Fire up the pot as cast some bullets. If it works well..it works well..if it doesn't then it is time to "tweak" it.

I finally cleaned up mine last evening and for the first time began casting the 314-120 RF from the group buy. After getting up to temp, got a fairly good run of bullets, most droped easily from the mold.

Using WW+2% Tin, bullets cast at 119.2-119.5 gr and bands measured .314 Now I need to size these and see how they do in my several 32-20 rifles and pistols.

I'll add that I sized 150 of these last evening to .311 in the Star. They really look and the dummy round functioned perfect in my Matlin 1890 and Ruger 32-20. Shooting some this weekend.
