Lyman 311299 vs NOE 311190

Is the Lyman 311299 the same as the NOE 311-190??????
I'm wondering about the nose profile.
In pictures they look the same.

I have both. They are similar but not the same. NOE does make a clone of the 311299. My 299 is a little pointier with a flat tip than the 190 which is quite round.

The NOE copy of the 311299 is the 311-202RN (311299). Also comes as 314 and 316 with fatter noses for the 31-caliber rifles.

The NOE copy of the 311299 is the 311-202RN (311299). Also comes as 314 and 316 with fatter noses for the 31-caliber rifles. NOE has a group buy on 312299 right now. It's great for a Garand, 03-a3 or any rifle that has a little wear on it. The nose measures .301" and I've found works better than the 311299's .300" nose in my rifles.
