If the objective is an accurate "target" load, why 2000 fps with such a light bullet?
That light, flat-nosed bullet is going to perform much better at velocities approximating a .32-20 Winchester, about 6 grains of any fast-burning pistol or shotgun powder you have around, Bullseye, Red Dot, 231, 700-X, Green Dot, Universal, Unique, all work.

yep for sure
I occasionally shoot 110 grain bullets with my M1 Garand in 30-06. When I do that, I use the same powder load that I would use with a 150 grain load. Since the bullet is lighter I get less pressure at the op rod port but more velocity than with the 150 grainer-- and the accuracy is good.

I took the GC shank out of mine and use a very light charge of a fast pistol powder. Makes for a very accurate, very quiet, short range target load.

Try 3.5 to 6 gr Bullseye. No filler or wad.
