case forming for 30TC ?

Can the 30TC case be formed from any other case?
If so, what would be needed and what would be the procedure?

7.62x51 or 308 Win - just size in standard 30 TC die shorten to 1.920 or your standard 30 TC length

Side question for the OP;is the 30TC hard to find or out of production; one of the rifles I have a chance to trade for is in that flavor! I've read some but since you are looking at making brass I figured I'd ask you! Thanks!

Guns: Factory rifles out of production. But I have one and I like the caliber a good deal. To me, felt recoil seems low for being a 308 caliber. Aftermarket barrels in 30TC for the TC Encore rifle platform are available.
Ammo: factory ammo hard to find on the store shelf, but can easily be ordered online if allowed; brand new brass is available for reloading.
