Lost Savage Axis Spring

Lost the small spring that the Savage Axis uses on the bolt release. Can someone tell me what spring I should purchase for a replacement spring ?

I looked but could not identify a specific part number but did discover a solution to your problem. From the Savage website I found a toll free number for parts with instructions for you to (1) have serial number available when you call and (2) have credit card in hand. The number: (800)370-0708. Since you may be paying a shipping fee for an inexpensive spring, you may wish to buy an extra one.
