Below is a link showing the model lathe used to turn the column on the monolithic Senior Turret base. This would include the Senior Single tall boy, 20mm and all automatic type presses with the monolithic base. The Turret Lathe is a Warner Swasey #5

What a lovely machine. Reminds me of my lathe. Pratt&whitney (yes the jet engine people) model C

I've run a WS before. Very well built lathe. Never seen one with the spindle jog handle up on the headstock like that one.

Drew, your P & W engine lathe is beautiful. Old American iron is hard to beat.

I couldn't watch the whole video, the operator grinding gears killed it for me!
The lathe reminds me of several Harding's I've run, without the hokey gear shifter! Might be a decent lathe, but I sure appreciate the simplicity of a Harding after watching that video.

I have a Hollywood Sr. Where is the leverage the strongest? I tried using my Blackmon derimming die on it. It would only seat at the top of the stroke where most presses apply the most leverage. It wouldn't even bend the rim.

My small C&H works with some effort. I need to repair my large C&H to see how it performed.
