I like the line 'if I could fit the infinite GOD my 3 lb brain, then this would not be a God worth worshiping'.

Kent Hovind , AKA; Dr Dino. Has a loooong list of excellent biblical teachings, which are well worth sitting down and watching with the family. That can help anyone believe in a lot of the old testament declarations. In my opinion he is absolutely awesome and anointed of God, especially in the creation seminar videos.

I've always figured the best course of action on solving that riddle is, live a good life, don't be a douche, when you get to the front of the line, ask him yourself. Maybe he'll be in a good mood

A question without an answer for our limited understanding. The fact that we humans can't even comprehend anything that doesn't have a beginning or an end limits our understanding of what God and the universe are. We are severely hard wired for limited comprehension and understanding of the universe and what created it. I'm taking the wait and see attitude and hope that if there is continuity I'll know more sometime after this place ends. In the meantime, I'm hedging my bets and trying to be on my best behavior.

Do you really need to know? Lots of believers say 'we'll know in the end' or ' I'll ask Him'. Really? Will it make one iota of difference? If you have a 'task' to do when you get there are you really going to ask 'why'? Try that with your earthly boss.

Excellent video, thanks for sharing. My 2 cents for what they're worth: He didn't come "from", He made FROM.

GOD requires your faith ...If you are then or refuse to it then.... . It's a choice , he gives you that choice .

God is "wholly other", which is to say we don't even have the vocabulary to talk about Him. The good news is that in Jesus we see and know all we need to see and know about Him. Jesus is not like God, but God is like Jesus and that is enough to get through this life and on to the next.

My mind/soul is , rightly, in my opinion, hardwired to not go there. I am creeped-out by the mere thought. I would be scared to even consider going down that road. Good luck with that endeavor.

didnt God say. i am that i am. i guess in the end of all things, i see this. all those people who argue against god will do this. every knee shall bow and every tongue confess. i have more respect for those who never ever talk about God and dont care to or want to or have any time to think about God than those who want to argue about him all the time and push there disbelief. pushing there disbelief is a bigger sin. however original sin is what keeps us seperated from God and when that is gone, then we are apart of his kingdom. God is who he is, and thats it.

The very name "I AM" says something pretty deep. In our finite human minds we instinctively feel that everything must have a beginning and an end, yet logic also tells us that something must be self-existing and eternal, be it matter and/or energy, or the Almighty.

Sometimes I feel that our finite perspective on reality is a little like an ant atop an anthill trying to comprehend the stars.

There has never been a time when God was not.

Some things are beyond the comprehension of men, just as the interworkings of an automobile is beyond the comprehension of an ant.
It is no harder to figure out than that.
