I cast and reload the LEE .366 Makarov boolit tumble lubed. I use it in two Makarov's , a CZ-82 and a P-64. It shoots great in all of them. It still ejects the brass 15-20 feet. Can't tell you the load off the top of my head.

I use Miha's mold, one HP and one solid in a two cavity mold. Wish I had sprung for the five cavity! I use my drill motor, the Lee chuck, and the Lee trim piece to cut down 9mm brass. I have to run each piece into the expansion die first, but that's no problem. I'm not a machinist like Randy is - he cut down the top of the trim piece. Both ways work.

rl69,

I too am just beginning to cast for 9x18 Makarov and have a thread open currently..
"Checking-New-Mold-How-Long-to-Wait" that may help. I'm casting for a P64. Using Lee .365 mold. Some of the responses i have been given may be of help to you.

Mak is fun. I shoot a Polish P-64 and it's a blast. Would like to pick up a CZ-82.
What are you guys shooting?

I'm listening in as I'm going to reloading/casting for the 9MAK too. I have a P64 and a CZ82.

Lee 365-95 RN (beagled .002") and NOE 367-100 RF RG2. Loads are just over .380 max–brass goes a ways. Converted 9mm luger brass, I cull out the nickel for Mak. Gun is a Bulgarian Mak, great piece. Tack driver.
