Scored some lead came.

First time I've run across it. $.80 a pound at the local scrap yard. Got 17# of it.

Good find! Thats one type of lead that I've never found. Probably near pure?

I did some stained glass work YEARS ago.... Wish I knew then what I know now. My bet is dead soft.

I had some a couple months back. Not pure bit close. Looked like stick on ingots.

used to be pure.
when they started extruding it they added antimony to make the process easier.

From everything I've read, it's 99+% pure. This stuff bends so easily that I don't doubt it in the least.

A couple of years ago I hit the scrap yard and grabbed over 150 lbs of the stuff. Made great lures.

Just be careful, there is 'lead free' out there and I got a bunch and didn't realize it. not pretty in lead pot.....
