45acp die markings

I have a 4 die set for 45 acp. marked The dies are: H (de-primer full body resizer); FO: not sure what this one is; HO: not sure what this one is either; GO (possible bullet setter, crimper - not sure about that terminology. Please help me: Reply to papa1bob@yahoo.com Thanks for your help

Who is the manufacturer? Lee? RCBS? Lyman?

I'll have to look ...but, I think Lochmiller used such a designation...long ago...
But, it may have been someone else...
