Cylinder Reaming, Thanks Doug Guy

I just wanted to let everyone know that if they need cylinder work done that they should give Doug Guy a shot. He not only clean up the tool marks in the chambers and reamed the throats to the proper diameter, but he also took the time to help me with other issues that I was having. Been years since I bought my last revolver, and had a local wizard work on the ones that needed it but I agree 100% about Doug Guy, he's answered some questions I've had in a friendly through way, I've bought and sold stuff from or to him and always been a pleasure! I've been eyeing a new Blackhawk hunter and if and when I do he will be sure to get my work !

I haven't heard anything bad about Doug guy. Once my 1911 has some rounds through it I may be sending him the barrel if it needs it.

He does a great job. I'm meeting him Saturday to take care of another cylinder for me. Best part of being able to get to his shop is having a great cup of coffee while he works his magic.

I can only add to the accolades. He made the undersized throats on my S&W M-69 uniform and enlarged them to a proper size. And when I say Uniform, I mean to within a couple of ten thousandths--actually beyond my ability to accurately measure. Superb work and reasonably priced. If you need cylinder work done, you won't find anyone better. He does barrel throats, too.
