Only your rifle can tell you what size mold you need.
There are 2 schools of thought on this. Most of us have both.
Take an egg sinker of a size bigger than your bore and push it thru your clean and lightly oiled barrel. Measure with a micrometer if possible. This will tell you your groove size.

Measure the inside neck of a fired case. This will give you a pretty good guess at what your throat size is.

In a perfect world your throat would be a couple thousands over your groove. But if it's bigger than that I'm of the opinion that sizing to the throat is better than sizing a couple thousand over the groove.

A lead boolit that will chamber but is bigger than your barrel generally works very well and will cause no pressure problems.
A lead boolit that is smaller than your groove diameter will cause you lots of problems.
Hope this helps.
