I'm looking at one of these revolvers locally and am asking for advice on what to look for as far as problems and such. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Hammer spring in the grip has a hand type piece that pushes on the hammer. It can be made of metal or plastic, the plastic ones get brittle and fall apart. Replacement parts are available at Numrich's and metal and plastic are interchangeable. They may be out of stock but they make new ones every few months. Mine is in 32S&W Long but they made some in 32Mag, I like mine well enough that I keep it even though I have Rugers in 327.

Sorry for the lengthy response, thank you for the information. I have an appointment to inspect the gun next week. I will definitely take the grip panels off and check. If the owner allows, that is.
