New Henry Lever gun in 308

They don't use AR mags but Henry is building 223 levers, 243 also. Gp

I believe an extended magazine would not allow the lever to be thrown forward fully. Over 30 years ago I tried this with a BLR. Wish it would have worked.

My local gun shop has a standing order with at least 2 different distributors for one of the Big Boy Steel's in .327Fed/mag.
If I don't acquire one of the first run, it won't be for lack of effort.

What is Henry trying to do, just make us spend money on stuff we don't need??
I have a 300 savage and the 308 mx in leversm so that base is covered, but sheesh, I may have to have a Henry now. Thet 223 now is a different story, I don''t have that covered in a lever, so maybe I NEED one. lol

I am bugging Mr. Imperato for some Supermag lever rifles. I like my 336 conversions but then I could suffer with the decision "which one" or do some side by side tests.

Nice looking rifle! Thumbs up for Henry! Whatever they build, there will be those who want something different but I congratulate them on what they are doing - it's nice to see an American company doing well and coming out with new products.
