Looking for a pet load - Modern Winchester 1892 trapper, .45 colt, .250gr FN

First and foremost, thanks for indulging something that has possibly been asked dozens of times. I am looking for a load workup (or easy go to pet load) for a .45 colt chambered Winchester 1892 trapper (16 in) for my cast 250gr RN FP (Lyman mold). I want to load up a bunch of cast boolits for my trapper with stuff that's not too hot in 250gr for a get together, and it's been a while since I've messed with .45C.

Here are the powders I have:
Power Pistol
Blue Dot
H110
Hodgdon H4198
Accurate No 5
IMR 3031
Clays
Titegroup

Some of these I've had my hands on for a while, and cannot remember their intended burn rates (rifle vs pistol vs whatever), so please don't ridicule too harshly if I've names off one that isn't anywhere near what a .45C needs.

5.6 grs of Titegroup will get you 940 fps with 11043 psi and 491 fpe out of your 16" rifle. It is listed as a minimum load in the Lyman manual so it should be something you can start with. 6.2 grs of Titegroup is listed as a maximum load so approach with caution. My Quickloads program shows the 5.6 gr load in the yellow pressure zone so it is not a weak load as far as I am concerned.

I used Clays behind a store bought 250 RNFP to load a thousand plinkers in the very early years of this century. They shot pretty clean in the 24" Marlin Cowboy and also work decently in the new to me 20" Rossi.

No idea as to the charge or velocity, other than to say it is a light, kids can shoot it all day load.

Marlin is making 1894 in round and octagon in .45 Colt. Twenty inch barrel, I "think" the Cowboy version has a longer barrel.

Some loads that come up with a couple of those powders using a 5.5" Colt Single Action Army, Speer 250gr LSWC and CCI300 primers are:

Blue Dot 11.9gr (912fps) to 12.9gr (1028fps)

AA No.5 10.6gr (840fps) to 11.6gr (927fps)

You might expect 200fps more than this data using your 16" barrel.

I bought one of the '92 reproductions that Winchester (maybe Browning) marketed in .45 Colt some years back. It shot well using the popular .45 Colt handload, Lyman #454424 and 8.5 grs. Unique. The ammo I had been using in my handguns had an overall length that was too long to work reliably through the '92s magazine. Seating the bullet considerably deeper solved the problem. Your bullet may be okay in this regard.
