I sent a message to Lyman Customer Service over 2 weeks ago about a replacement pin for a 358156 HP mold. Sent another one a week ago. I still have not received an answer. Is this normal for Lyman?

I called them about a broken tumbler lid. The customer service rep told me that they would get it right out. It took several weeks, 6 or 7 to get it. I'm guessing that it takes them a while to send replacement parts out.......

I think a phone call works far better than an email. Three times I ordered parts on the phone and the transaction went fine. Like beechbum, it takes them a little while to get orders sent out.

In todays business world the only thing that matters is the parts count going out the door. Customer satisfaction be damned. Todays customer service is a joke with most companies usually they employ one person two at the max simply because they can tell prospective customers "Yes, we have a great customer service dept." I've had my run ins with Lyman and simply choose now to purchase from RCBS or Dillon. These companies take customer service seriously.
