This afternoon I was loading a semi with corn. My dad and I were using a grain vaculator which are vary loud so earplugs are a necessity. Once the truck was full I walked to my pickup. When my prey showed it's self by a brush pile about 25 yards away. I pulled my single seven from its holster leaned against my truck for support and squeezed the trigger. Crack and I knew my shot hit its mark.187082

Tomorrow I'm going to take the wife out after some rabbits with this load. It looks like I better try for head shots if I can. 187096 The load is 5.5grns of power pistol under a 98grn swc. This is a MP mold I bought off the S&S. Great mold MP sure knows what there doing.

Thanks! I probably couldn't do that twice though. I know Henry is coming out with a 327 big boy lever this year. I just wish they could trim a pound or two off it. Would make it a lot more handy.

Not sure if the single seven is even in the catalog anymore. Before I found this one I asked my local dealer about ordering one. He said he couldn't find one. I really enjoy it. Even shot a little bullseye with it. It does lead the first inch. I was considering fire lapping.

When I lived in Japan, I once went to an elegant dinner party in Nagasaki where sparrows were served BBQed. Tasty but the head was a might crunchy. I preferred the live shrimp drowned in good whiskey though.
