I'm using the LEE #2 Shellholder for reloading privi 6.5 brass. But the brass seems sloppy in the holder. any other shell holders work better ?

RCBS fits better/tighter. I found I kept damaging rims with the Lee shell holder.

I switched to lyman X1, it's a bit better to use with my PPU brass. Lee no. 2 was hopeless!

Curious as to what rifle and boolit you are using?

Its a Carcano M41. Bought it at a gun show recently. I have a plain based 6.5 mold that Leo at Boomers Molds built for me for my Swede's, that I'm trying. It is similar to a 266469 but plain base. I used 2400 with this. I also loaded a few rounds with some bullets from a Lyman 266305 with GC and 8 grain Red dot. I find this shoots very good in a m38 Swedish mauser, but we will have to see with the Carcano. I may have to find a little larger mold. Its been a tough winter up here this year with cold and lots of snow so outdoor target shooting has been curtailed a bit.

Nice, I have a M41 myself and a M96 Swede.
I have been using 700x and Titegroup for plinking in both.
NOE 268134 ? for the M41 and a cut down Lee cruise missile mold for the Swede

The only tight fitting shell holder for the Carcano brass is the Hornady #21.
