Bear in mind my purpose is dual purpose. I plan to use this in both 10mm and 40 S&W, ive been itching for a hp mold for some time just to see what I can do with it and play around a little, I do like a good challenge. so I went on my search and I can easily find a bullet mold under 170gn for my purpose in HP from either mp molds or noe. on the other hand finding a mold that could cast a 180gn HP and or something close to 200gn flat or round nose is proving to be difficult. mihec said he was planning something and to keep an eye on group buys which I am eagerly doing as I really want something thatll cast close to a 200gn in round nose and close to a 180gn in HP. I realize getting good expansion is dictated by velocities usually over 950FPS if I remember correctly from a thread by OS OK, which by the way is a great read for all around knowledge. I do plan to powdercoat the hp and lube the non hp bullets. I was just curious if people would mind contributing reasons why theyd consider a lighter bullet over a heavier bullet or vice versa. I kind of don't want to buy a light mold for 10 or 40 and generally want to stay over 175gn, but I am strongly considering it and would like to weigh my options. Thanks

For live targets I like to go heavy regardless of bullet type.

Why I want it? Because I do. I know NOE has one in stock. My wallet doesn't have the $$ in stock.
