I've looked on the web, but can't find what I'm looking for.
I have a box of milling collets.
I'm looking for a chart that would show what the different collets are.

If the collets are a straight taper with internal threads at the back, they likely are Morse taper or Brown & Sharpe taper. If the rear is straight and the nose has a steeper taper, they are likely R8. A search for these will yield some hits with pictures and dimensions. A photo of yours, with some basic dimensions, would help here.

Of course, I'm taking you at your word that you have milling collets, intended for use in a milling machine. But, I must wonder how you know they are milling collets without knowing what they are, so perhaps I should not assume. There also are lathe collets, various of the C series, watchmakers collets, industrial rapid taper collets, all sorts.

As I said, a photo and some dimensions would reveal all.

Get a machinery handbook, it will have dimensions for all the different types of collets. I'm sure you could get an older edition off of flea bay or amazon.

Kearney & Trecker and Van Norman have their own collets. Elgin who made a small horizontal mill also had their own collet.

Any chance you can put up a picture of a couple of your collets?

I have one bag of 10 each of 5C and R8.
These are the ones I'm not familiar with.
The first three maybe lathe collets.
I have 1 of the first one, 5 of the second, 2 of the third and 1 of the last one.
The last one is either a 16C or 3J ??????

Third from the left looks like an RCBS bullet puller collet, but that's just a SWAG w/o dimensions.

Some machinery and tooling uses custom collets for holding work, which is what the two on the left kinda look like.

Length and major (largest) dia. of collet body on right? Doesn't look like 16C or 3J.

Never seen the others. They could be custom. 3rd from left looks like something from a cutter grinder or dividing head.

A page from Travers catalog. A good source of machine shop supplies, by the way.

It's way to big to be a RCBS collet.

Have no idea what the first one is. It is not threaded

Second one is, I think for a lathe.
186322186323

Third could be also for a lathe. It is threaded.

Last one looks like a big 5C

The one on the far right looks like the ones used in a Deckle tool grinder (D bit)

Here is a pretty good summary of the C series collets, and a few of their friends and relations. It includes some in the process of vanishing without trace, or perhaps have already done so. I use 5c and morse collets, and 5c give about the biggest choice of sizes, including for hexagonal stock, other than the small watchmaking collets. You can also buy 5c collets with a soft front end, often much larger than the collet body, to turn to the diameter you need.

You think that is complicated? Here are plenty more:

Here are the simple machine tapers often used in collets:

It is also possible that what looks like a collet is actually some unknown machine part, which has only ever existed in one size.
