NEI quality really went downhill after Walt died. Last two molds I got from them went into the scrap bin.

Accurate, NOE, Mountain Molds, MiHec or LBT are better choices.

I own more Accurate molds than all the rest put together.

I believe they went under. After Walt died his heirs tried to keep the business running but they really had no clue how to make molds.

My only NEI mould was in Walt's time, and when people started afterwards I thought most of their products must be made with his cherries on his machines. I thought that must at least put them well on the way to a good mould, so I'd wait and see. Still, we live and learn - at second hand fortunately, in my case.

Possibly an artifact, site host may have been paid up for a while...who knows.

the S.I.L. could make molds, and good ones, he just didn't care enough to do so.
the two I have from Walt are some of the easiest molds I have to cast with.
I pop open the sprue cutter and shake the mold and the boolits fall out.
