Starline just started making 357Maximum,but their history is good with other calibers Remington has discontinued,Jamison works but it has had trouble slipping the necks,
Best all around for me has been Remington,but the new starline looks Good,time will tell ;-)

I have some Remington but wouldn't hesitate to get star-line brass [in any caliber]
it is generally where I go to buy new brass rather than even look at anyone else's stuff.

I have both rem and starline brass for my Max's I prefer the starline brass over the rem brass. They are basically the same price and the starline brass seems to be of better quality
