Just got through with sighting in my .243 CVA Stalker Elite.
Starting at 25 yds. and working my way out to 100 yds. I finally got a group that I can live with.
The load is... RCBS 95 grain,185781 powder coated bullet with gas check. Loaded over 10 grains of Unique powder. AOL is 2.610 ".

Looks good. One of these days, I'll get around to casting for my 6mm. I've got all the stuff to do it, just haven't gotten around to it yet.

Have a 700 Remington .243 Win rifle. Getting 3" groups at 200 yards using the RCBS cast bullet and 10.0 of Red Dot--COL is 2.73" COL/ bullets sized to .244". I load single shot, as the bullets are loaded "long". The Gas Checks are of aluminum made with a FreechexII tool. Last Fall had a blast plinking cans with it at 200 yards (it wasn't windy).

If you have some 2400 try between 11 and 13 gr with the RCBS 95.

My wife's 243 Mossberg loves CB's and shoots under MOA for me and her groups are better. The load is 11 gr of Unique and the boolit is from an old Loverin style Lyman mold dropping at 89 gr.
