Would anyone happen to have a Lyman #386 Top Punch they are not using, and would like to clear out of their inventory?

I don't have a spare 386 top punch. If you are sizing bulleys for the old .41 LC I would think that since the bullet, being nose poured, has the cut-off area from the sprue (it being flat ) that a cheap fix would be to just fill a .358 top punch till it's flat. You can find good info. on that in other threads . With pure lead it should be fine as you are not sizing them down that much in most cases, hence not applying that much pressure to distort things. Hope this helps.
