NOE 225-70-RN in a 1/9 twist

Does anyone know whether a 1-9 will stabilize this bullet?

Yes it will stabilize. I've been waiting for the mold for a while in a 3 cavity aluminum. Spoke with Al last week and he said they will run them next month.
