So while adding lube pressure today on my old Lyman 450 the hex bob snapped clean off I assume due to age. I was using a soft lube for 45 boolits and I use a wratcheting screwdriver so I know I didn't turn it too hard especially cuz lube would be everywhere when I do. Any idea how to fix this without a welder? I emailed Lyman but I doubt they can help. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks in advance fellas.

Sell it for parts and purchase a Star or Magma sizer.

Lyman can help. They sell the bolt and pressure washer as an assembly and it's not costly. Get on their website to find the part number then call them.

Pressman is right on. I replaced mine last year. The hex was wearing on the bolt. It was around $7 as I recall. Fast delivery.

Awesome, I don't have any pics at the moment but that is the part that broke, the rod with a hex head and it sheared off right at the end of the hex part.
