My handle is not appearing light blue. PayPal account shows the money was automatically deducted on dec. 25/16

This happened to me this year and last year also . Makes me wounder if you are getting the money from paypal.

that stuff is not in my department.

I do know it takes a while for the IT guy's that do the changing and stuff to get around to making the changes.
