Wierd Headstamp

I was at the range today and found a bunch of 9mm brass. I usually dont pick it up. ( I have more than enough already).
Thing is it is marked W A R 9mm. At first glance I thought it was WRA, but I checked it again. Anyone hear of it? I checked online on the cartridge ID sites but came up empty. I'll try to put a picture up.

I beleive this is Winchester AR 9mm ammo. 9mm designed to run better in the 9mm AR platform. I could be wrong but have seen some in local gunshops.
