I bought a nice shooter grade 1965 Winchester 94 30-30 this weekend. The gun has a metal butt plate and it just needs to be dressed up a bit. I'd like to get some suggestions on a leather lace up pad for this gun. Thanks,

Joe

I did not know he makes lace up pads but his holsters and belts are very high quality.

I got him to make me a lace up for my 44 mag lever gun. [he done some simple stamping on it too]
I need like 19 more of them.

Mossy Oak, I have bought several of these "Kick Killer" lace up pads from Cabelas on-line, in the past, but it seems that they are sold out right now. Semper Fi, Treetop

I use this style on 45-75, 45-90 and a .54 cal blackpowder rifles and they do make a difference. Not fancy looking but functional. The alternative would be to have one made large enough to have some 'cushioning' material inserted to offset the recoil. I found that the smaller sizes fit better on most straight stocks.
