I'm in Bloominton, IN for a couple weeks and I found a place that is selling 8 lb canisters of a few different surplus powders: 820, 860, 4895 & 4785 (4198). If your're in the area you may want to check it out.

At those prices, I'd think you'd be better off to buy canister powders at a Gun Show.
