yep you'll want a long handled ladle to work with that pot.

It a brake drum with steel plate have a propane burner to install for heat

Oh trust us, he has that ...... LOL! It might take two people to lift the ladle that came with it when it's full of molten lead though ..........

Shaggybull is being a little shy there ........ it's a brake drum off a DIESEL truck!

I have some ideas on a better base ..... perhaps a wheel off a similar truck, adjusting the legs accordingly and resetting the stiffener plate to accomodate a burner we have been bestowed.

Who said being a scrounger is a bad life?

Speaking of scrounging, Shaggybull sees this as a smelting pot ....... actually the first of two in our chain of lead pots.

I think we are going to have to build some serious ingot molds however ......... [smilie=1:
