Deer season starts tommarow. Numbers are still down but theres a few more deer then last year. I go to camp mostly to spend time with the old man. Hes 84 now and wont be around to much longer.

Enjoy your time with your dad. I surely wish I had spent more time with mine before he passed. We just never know.

Those are the best times. I was the same way with my dad. Keeps those times going. My dad past a few years ago and I have zero regrets.

have a good time Lloyd
I remember the times hunting with my
Dad they ended way to soon
we never killed a lot of deer but that doesn't
change the deer season as you know
think of those times every year
enjoy your time

I only went deer hunting with my dad 3-4 times aand I doubt he will go again, even though he is retired and has the time.
everything I know about them I learned the hard way.
I did get him out duck hunting for a few years, but he wasn't gonna go in the hard [long] way or hunt them in the bad storms which is what most of my blinds were set up for.
hunting public land successfully takes some extra work.

Have fun! It is the memories that count, not the deer(or fish in my dad's case! As he got older he like to fish but not catch and clean!)
