.243 CVA Stalker best groups

Went back to the range and continued my journey of getting the best groups from my .243 rifle.
Fired 5 shots each of 15 gr., 17 gr., 19 gr., and 21 gr. of IMR 4198. Bullet is a Lyman 95 gr. cast bullet w/ gas checks.
I got a group of 1 1/2 inch x 1 1/2 inch with the 17 grain load at 100 yds.
Next time I go back to the range, I will shoot same setup but with 18 gr of powder. Will see if that shrinks the group further or not.
So far I'm happy with today's results.

I only have one CVA, but so far I think they're great value for the money. I have zero experience with 243, but it sounds like you're off to a good start. Keep us posted with what you're doing.
