Hope you didn't hurt your back Mary. You said it was bothering you a week or two ago. Take it easy.

Back on topic. Snow came then melted, thank God. We need the rain badly. Looked into the well today and no change. Still the same lower than the intake level it was two weeks ago.
So, still need a vehicle to haul water from town or the firebarn. The spring is pretty much dried up from what someone told me. So no use to drive out there.

Check engine light is still on. We don't want to spend the money to put it on the computer to see what ails it. Praying nothing else breaks each time I leave to go to the PO or grocery store.

We would take snow, rain , sleet as long as it is wet, haven't had a drop since the middle of Sep. and we are breaking heat records day after day 90+.

2 tons of pellets to move yet... pick up the first 25 bags Thursday... friends grandson may come unload them Saturday. Told him it was worth $20 for him to stack them for me(all 2 tons, only takes about 15-20 minutes a load). He is looking to buy his first car so he is money hungry but he is also so dang busy with school...

If I can find help these days I do it! Moving corn I couldn't get a kid because it was during school hours(he has drivers ed after school until 5pm...). So I pushed it all to the back of the truck myself and am still paying for it.
