the bee man who puts hives on my pasture just dropped off 36 pints of local honey. at 10 dollars a pint that is 360 dollars of honey or more like 400 or more in the local grocery store. im glad he uses my pasture for some of his hives. we use it all winter long instead of sugar.

Mead! LOL! My beer brewer coming out! I use a lot of honey, prefer it over maple syrup on pancakes and waffles. And a nice hot biscuit or leftover corn bread smothered in butter and honey works for me for desert!

My dad had a similar deal, mom baked all winter long with that honey.

All of them I enjoy too. Plus I like it with chicken fried .nuggets. baked breasts

I use local raw honey for allergies. A spoonful in the morning, and it really helps with my allergies through the season.
