First attempt at expanding die

Works pretty good except the OAL is too long. I'll push it all back tomorrow over a 1/2" or so then push the bevel on it although I don't feel it's needed at all with the step. I gotta say it's a huge improvement over just the standard bell/flare. I went .360-.357 on my steps in size my boolits .3585
