Down South

I’m using WW with about 2% tin added for my alloy. I cast a few hundred 158 Gr RF boolits a few weeks ago. I water dropped the boolits and they show to be about 22 BHN with my Saeco tester.
I was going to test some of the loads a few days ago but the wife wanted to take a nap. My pistol range is only about 100 yards from my house so I had a better idea. Grab a few targets, jump on the ATV and go find a good place back in the woods behind the house to do a little plinking.
I found a small thorn tree to mount my targets to. (I hate thorn trees) Anyway after working the little nuisance tree over pretty well, I was able to recover a few of my boolits. What surprised me was that my boolits were not upset at all other than where other boolits had hit some of them. They looked like new other than the rifling marks on them. I didn’t chronograph this load but I guesstimate it at around 1100fps. I had backed my powder charge down one full grain that was producing 1325fps.
My question is, are my boolits too hard? Would it be better to just air cool my alloy? I will be bringing my velocity back up to around 1300fps as soon as a new powder I’ve ordered comes in (Alliant 2400). I’m not getting any leading with the current load.
