View Full Version : Accuracy of Taurus Gaucho!

This is my favorite revolver and here is why! it is a 7.5" barrel 45 Colt blue with a great trigger. Here is 50 rounds with the shot below and above as first three shots to get zeroed with this load. In case you can't read it it is with a 255 g LEE six banger with plain base, and range scrap as the lead. No sizing , as cast .455 with 50/50 lube at a little over 1000 FPS 8.3g by weight of the surplus Unique which has a little more volume than factory Unique. Forgot to tell how far 25 yds.

Hard to argue with that. I have yet to see one in person, but it they all shoot that well I'd really think about one.

I think I saw one recently and the cylinder locked up tight as a snare drum. Is yours like that?

Not hardley! mine works great per target. sorry you had trouble I have not had any trouble with but one revolver and it was a classic a M29, but it was made by a man and anything made by men are subject to bieng wrong.

The last $1200 COLT I got in wouldn't shoot that good and it was 4" high and 6" left at 25 yards.
