Anyone know what kind of hood fits this sight

I should probably add that it is on a spotter 303, so obviously not original to gun.

Not certain, but you might contact the Williams Gun Sight Co. with the dimensions and see if they can help you. Yours kind of looks like the Williams (with slot, minus hood) that I got in the original packaging. On the other hand, they all look like that.

I had a slotted front sight on a rim fire bolt action and took an inordinate amount of time scrabbling through boxes at Gun Shows trying to find a hood to fit. Everybody's is different, for no good reason whatsoever, just like those &$@!! little disc batteries that are in everything anymore.

If you have a local gunsmith, ask him. The local smith here had an assortment of hoods that came about everything. Some people don't like them. If you use a peepsight, then you like having one.

New Conneticut Guns has a couple on thier website , was looking for express sights and saw them a couple of days ago .
