Is anybody running this mold in there 9mm? I've got a lee 6 banger in 124 but I like the looks of the NOE better. And I love the NOE mold, easy to use and provide great results. Would like a heavier bullet for the 9mm but cant find a good mold in the 140-147 range, so looking at the one stated above. So does any one have a report on this mold they would share?

Thank You

I use the NOE mould, but the gas checked version. Sized to .357, lubed with a medium hard lube, and using either HP-38 or Bullseye powder, will hold the 10 ring at 50 yards. It's by far the most accurate cast bullet I've used in the 9mm. I also use an M typed die for case expanding.

I have it with gas check too. I also have the NOE 358-135-FN GC and SC357-135-RF GC. They are all good. My guns need a full charge to cycle with the 124 grainer. The 135 grainers are a bit easier to make cycle.

I have two of these NOE 4 cavity brass BB molds I run simultaneously and powder coat. Good feeding and good accuracy. Out of 8 cavities my bullets drop within a half a grain, amazing NOE consistency. This 9 mm design is a scaled down version of the old H&G #68 design. If I only had one 9 mm mold this would be it.

I have the gas checked version also. 4 cavity aluminum. Love it .

9mm Luger sized .357 .....Excellent.

Sized .358 and loaded in 357 magnum....surprisingly very accurate. 15 shots from iron sighted Ruger blackhawk at 50 feet clustered into a 1 1/4 inch circle . I'm 67 and half blind ! Going to do some more work with this boolit. I taper crimped it with my 9mm crimp die .

This mould's a winner , you can get it both plain base and/or gas checked.
I use the Lee for plain based and got all 4 NOE cavities GC'd .
Shot at magnum velocities with 50-50 COWW and lead, lithi-bee lubed , no leading at all.
9mm's at 1000 fps, no leading and excellent accuracy with several powders.
I really like this design, slightly different than the Lee TC design.

I have the plain base version of that mold. One of my pistols didn't seem to care for it, the other ate them all day. Sized .358". Used it on .38 special as well.

I had the same situation with the LEE 356 120 TC . I bought the NOE SC 357 135. Using it in GLOCKS with KKM or STORM LAKE barrels.
Only problem is that I have 356 and 358 dies for the STAR and a 357 LEE push through die. The 358 leaves a smear of lube on some boolits that are barely sized. (I have better accuracy with the larger boolits.) Tumble lubing with BEN'S and sizing to 357 has worked with both boolits.

I use the 35-130S in my XDs, works great. There are MANY 35-147? moulds on Accurate site. Or you can spec mods to many or design your own. Fast turn around time. Nothing wrong with NOE but specials take longer.
