I can't find it. Gone? Where's the source for GOEX these days?

I don't see GOEX at PV but Bass Pro sells it in stores. Do you have one near you? If not, Graf & Sons sells it on line.

Sorry, I could have been more clear. Since I posted in the muzzleloading forum I thought the direction was understood.

I mean the powder valley (no 'inc') that sold black powder.

http://www.powderinc.com/ is the blackpowder vendor.

Powder inc! that was it. I completely forgot the URL. In the past I was able to google it, but it was failing. I see why now!

Huge thanks.

(arg. not "powder valley no inc", it was "powder inc no valley"!)

the powderinc website has been "frozen" for months. for goex, go to back creek in va as shown above. i checked them both out after maine powder house closed. like i said above, my online bp vendor of choice is now crater fireworks, excellent prices ($1 less for swiss than back creek), fast service, just got 25# of swiss, i'm a happy customer and will return next spring.

Track of the wolf. Sells gorex by the case or can. Best strike while the irons hot about buying. Another month from now it will be a struggle to find B/P period.

Like RFD said, Powderinc.com's website has been down but they are still in business. Just give them a call at (479) 705-0005.

The Powderinc website is up and runnin' at: http://powderinc.com/shop/

GOEX, Olde Eynsford, Skirmish, Swiss, Schuetzen and KIK black powder.

FYI: Site seems the site is scaling rather large (really big pictures and text).. just hold down your Ctrl (key) and use the plus (+) or minus (-) key to shrink or enlarge the text on screen.

I do this all the time as some sites have pretty fine print

Thanks Johnny_Cyclone, it seems the old web site address has been changed and the new one works just fine. I had to replace it in my "favorites".

Things have changed recently. Bass Pro no longer carries real black powder.

yeah, "new" powder valley site, but its layout and function are still not working well. that's a shame, it's all an easy fix.

crater fireworks has cheaper bp prices, too.

Do the Crater Fireworks Prices include shipping and Haz-mat fee already pre-figured into the price structure?

looks like Powderinc has the page scaling fixed when I went there today to... browse.

at crater fireworks, i paid an even $570 for 25# of swiss 1-1/2f - that included shipping and hazmat fees. that's a tad less than $23/pound for a top of the line black powder.

rfd,

That's what I needed to know.

As I couldn't find it on the Crater website and was wondering if I was just overlooking it.

Good Info thanks,
