I had good results with a 38-55 wheel weights 264 grain air cooled .380 flat base so far using IMR 3031 28 grains with no barrel leading. The one problem is Bullshop will not be filling orders until Oct:
I do have about 50 rounds left I may try to save for deer hunting season
I had a Buddie who gave me some 260 grain hard cast lubed and sized to .379
I wonder if I can load the same charge and use the same C.O.A.L.
These bullet are lube with a green lube and are hard cast I would think wheel weight drop in water cooled I can't even scratch the FP head with my finger nail.
I think for paper punching they will work o.k.
thought I just ask before I load them

I would certainly think you can, without any trouble.

Depends a lot on your actual groove diameter. If the .379" is undersized
and too hard to bump up (obturate) to fill the bore, you could have leading
issues due to gas cutting on the sides. Sometimes hard lubes are less effective
than soft, but this is not a hard and fast rule.

Try a few and watch for leading. I hope they work for you.
