AA lists , http://www.accuratepowder.com/reloading.htm to down load the free data

No.7 115 LC RN(L) 7.8 1,078 8.7 1,225 33,000 1.100
No.7 124 LC RN(L) 7.4 1,030 8.2 1,170 33,000 1.095
No.7 145 MCB RNBB(L) 6.5 926 7.2 1,052 29,500 1.140

I personaly shoot 7.5 gr with a 130 gr as cast bullet ( listed as a 125 gr bullet )
I am getting 1000 FPS
Good accuracy and it cycles all my pistols

Hope this helps

glad to see john's post. i beleive that aa7 is getting too slow for 9mm with 115-125 boolits. you would be better off with aa2 or aa5......shooting too much powder for the resultant velocity. it takes about 5.6 of aa5 to match the 7.5 aa7 load for about 1000fps....thats about 30% less powder for the same results.
7 is a good powder in 40 for heavier boolits..
..notice i did not say it doesn't work, just not efficient.

Yer right mike, I started with AA # 5 but

their load while excellent
start max
No.5 124 LC RN(L) 5.4gr 1,018 6.0 gr 1,157 33,000 1.095

is superceded by my FAVORITE cleaner VERY accurate load 30% lighter:
use Hodgdon UNIVERSAL after you've used up the Accurate powder

I use Lee's 125 gr TC

You wont need to clean the gun hardly at all

+1 for the Universal powder. I love this stuff. 9mm, 38 Spl, & 357Mag.
