What would be a good mould for this caliber (Drilling)? The Bore slugs out at .360 with deep, but dark/somewhat rough rifling.

A pulled factory jacketed bullet mics at .3515

Would a C358180RF work OK?

How about a 358627?

Bloody dies are $80 & cases $1ea, but if I'm going to keep this thing...

Hornaday is loading it and cases are that expensive?

Hornady is loading 9.3x74R... a whole different animal.

9.3x72R is a low pressure BPeq round that is about like a .357 Max.

Cheapest reloadable brass I've found is Norma @ $93/100 and 4D dies at $78... plus shipping pluss accessories.

Don't have a pic or drawings of the 2 cart's
But could you trim the 9.3 x 74R to 9.3 x 72R length and use them ??

That is , if you can find them cheaper than the 9.3 x 72R brass

Rims are different.

9.3x74R has a .524 rim, a slight neck and holds 76gr water.

Are you talking about the 150gr 365-150? That's the only thing on there that looks close...

At least Dan at MtnMolds has 9.3 as a standard on his design-a-mold.

Time to check the twist before I decide what weight boolit I want to shoot. The 250 sure looks pretty though, and I can tweak a 200 to have 3 nice small lube grooves for LLA...

I just hate to wait until August...

Read quick, ass-u-me = make mistake. Oh well, for what it's worth Donnley and Townsley suggest a 193gr bullet.

I have the lyman mold for this caliber. I don't have time now to get it. It starts with a 366*** number. It is about 195 grains. Just use old 38-55 load data. It is very accurate out of my friends drilling. If memory serves, it shoots about 2 in. at 100 yards or less with open sights. If is actually his mold. We could possibly work out some kind of loan if your are trustworthy. He had to pay about $90 shipped from some mold dealer that specializes in obsolete molds. I'll get back with you. Also S and B makes loaded ammo at almost 1/2 the cost of RWS ammo.

I'm looking at getting Dan to cut me a single cavity in brass. I've got what looks like a pretty decent design worked up, but I'm concerned about the twist.

200gr, .367 dia, .775 OAL, 70% meplat, .70 driving band, no crimp groove, 4 lube grooves for LLA and a .100 plain base.

Problem might be... by my best calcs and guess, I've got between a 1/10 and 1/12 twist to deal with.
