Just got my latest flyer from Midway. I see they have instock 38/55 starline brass in 2 sizes.

One is 2.082 and the other size 2.125 and they also have Winchester brass at 2.082.

Just thought I would let you guys know in case you need some. Sometimes they are out of stock.

It is usually a bit cheaper to order them directly from starline. http://www.starlinebrass.com/

You'll have to buy a minimum of 250, but their quoted price includes shipping. If 250 is more than you need, I will take (and reimburse you for) any of the 2.125 brass excess to your needs.

If you just want to try the longer brass I have some on hand and would be willing to lend you some to try prior to your placing an order.

ktw, I just ordered 250 of the long .38-55. How many do you want? $23.08/50 (exact cost) plus postage to you....still cheaper than Midway. I bought some brass from Buffalo Arms (Jamison), and it seems really fragile....chintzy might be a better word.

pm sent to zipdog.

clarification: I made the offer to bigjim as he is local to me and we could avoid a second round of postage. If you are not local to the Western Upper Peninsula of Michigan, please don't buy extra brass for me based on the offer above. Sorry for the confusion.
