Thursday is the night I cook a feast.
Tonight was 10 quail in the slow cooker. (Rabbit bone broth for liquid) both raised and processed right here.
Redskin mashed taters.
Veg medley from garden.
From scratch yeast rolls.
Scorched flour gravy using liquid from the crock pot.
Washed down with a tall glass of skimmed goat milk courtesy of Tinkles. She's a good goat.
Mmmm.
Sleepy now.
