Well, as some of you may know, I spent the last year and a half going through a divorce. That's done and behind me now. But now comes the rebuilding. Time to start paying off debts, rebuilding my firearms collection, and getting back into loading and shooting again. All I can say is that it's good to be back.

Welcome back friend. Been there and done that, just remember slow and easy. It will take some time but it can be done. Many of us out here have been thru divorces and had to rebuild. Dang women can't live with them(at times) and can't live without them(at times)

Just remember, the reason that some men are stupid enough to get married multiple times is because they were stupid enough to get married the FIRST time.

Hey, now that is what I have heard of with north eastern gals, but I heard those Texas gals are pretty decent. Sounds like one of those southern belle accents could get you trapped. Or, is that just a nation wide phenomenon?

Good luck on the restructuring.

oh no a soft Oklahoma accent can make you forget your getting your butt chewed on.
especially when there is some pretty blue eyes up above the mouth doing the chewing.
when it sets in for real its too late.

good to see you back Mark.

It's called neither one of you wanting to be the first to admit that you made a mistake.

Just remember that the Texas gals belong to the true Texicans first.

Glad yours is finished, I am jealous. I have about the same amount of time in mine with hopefully only about six more months to go. One place under contract and hopefully house up for sale in a week or so. Our 26th anniversary is next month...

Just get a voodoo doll of the ex and stick pins in it. It'll make you feel better. :)

Thanks for all the kind words and jests. It took 13 months to get everything done and legal. Still waiting on a few details like getting the house into her name and getting the 401k into mine. Once those are done it's all done.

Sorry for your marital transition problems Don. I guess I'm like mentioned above. We're both been too stubborn to admit defeat for over 53 years.
By now I'd be afraid to contemplate life any other way.
We're both comfortably set in our ways.
