Been trying to locate a Ruger LCP custom and can not find one in the whole
state of Pa. Did Ruger quit making them or what? It looks like a better made
gun than the standard LCP with the better sights, better trigger and guide
rod. Any one have any ideas where they are?

Gunbroker generally has a half dozen or so. I'm not paying $300 for a gun with a $260 retail. Prices are starting to come back to earth, I will get one soon. It looks like a much better gun to me also, real sights, and a much improved trigger. The red anodizing is a bit much though :)

Nothing wrong with the plain vanilla LCP and you can readily find one new in box on GunBroker for less than $200

They also have the 2nd generation upgrades with better sights and
better trigger....Almost just like the custom.

I love my Gen. 2 LCP, great pistol. Only wish there was a way to keep the brass from going so darn far.

I just bought two of them this afternoon....One for me, and one for the wife.
I think I'm going to like it just fine. Sweet little guns.

FergusonTO35, I tamed mine by filing the ejector back. I filed it down about ten stokes worth a couple of times with firing in between filing to check progress. Now they fall about 6 to 8 feet away. Made me much happier with the little gun.

Hmm, will have to order an extra ejector and try it. I already have the Wolff 12 pound spring which calms it down some.

Wife can't pull the slide back....is there some kind of spring change that would
help? If not, looks like I'll have one for sale.
