well heres me IPSC shooting with my casted boolits. i know im slow, but im glad my boolits work. just wanted to share.

Looks like what I was doing last Saturday!:mrgreen:

All I use for my 45 is cast, that being the lee 200 RFN from a 6 cavity mold. Lubed with LLA they CAN be shot as-cast, but I usually size them to .452, it barely reduces the dia. 5.5 w 231 works just great.

Have you ever tried IDPA? I do that too, it's similar to IPSC, more stock guns, more scenarios, less steel.

thats in Milan, IL at the Milan Rifle Club. im using a 200 grain H&G #68 4.3 clays and cci primers in my 1911 and federal 150 in my 625 both average 835 fps so 167 power factor.

i never shot IDPA, no where close by to shoot it. they shoot it 2 hours south of here.

finding brass sucks, but everyone helps out everyone.

i want that star to spin faster myself, were taking a can of brake cleaner and some new lube and maybe put on the counter wieght to get it to spin faster.
