I'm thinking of expanding my collection to include a 300 blackout. I will probably dedicate it to cast shooting only. What twist rates are you guys using and how is your success with that twist?

When I had mine a few years back I had a 20" 12 twist made up just for cast bullet use I had no use for the subsonic stuff . Worked quiet well with just about any cast bullet I fed it from 155 -200 gr

I got a 1:8 twist 16 inch blackout AR and I get good result with cast bullets, Lee 155gr running 1850 fps. Gas checked bullet.

230-247 gr subsonics you will need 1-7
Mine still shoots down to 150 gr at 1900 fps extremely well

My newest BO has a 1:6 twist IIRC. At the velocity it shoots, the RPM levels are just fine for 110-220gr loadings.
The faster the twist on the BO, the better, especially for subs.

We have 4 barrels and all are 1-8" and shoot 230gr and 247gr subs just fine. No issues with instability at all.

1-7
everything from sub up through 2400 is fine.
slow needs the faster twist especially if your using anything over 200grs.
